About the Course
Reiki Level 1 is a wonderful beginning to your own inner journey when you learn to feel energy and learn to trust your own instinct. Reiki will change your life forever. Our aim is to promote the highest standards of Reiki Training and Lifelong Support as we embrace the traditional lineages of the Art of Reiki Healing. Reiki Level One begins the journey of becoming an energy healer. It focuses on physical and self-healing. Reiki’s first-degree course brings you into harmony with your physical body, the environment, other people and animals.

Clothing: Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring slippers and warm socks.
Bring along: Slippers/warm socks, and a pen to take notes.
Refreshments: There is plenty of tea, herbal tea, biscuits and coffee available at the Clinic.
Mobile Telephones:
Please note that mobile telephones will be on silent during the workshop – and during certain phases they will be switched off or put into our therapy room. (Phones may be checked at regular intervals.)
Lunch:
There are a wide range of cafes/supermarkets in Stillorgan Shopping Center area suitable for all tastes – or you are welcome to bring along a lunch. (The lunch break is one hour.)
